If I am flying over the weekend or Monday, how early do I need to get to the airport?

Check-in counters will be open 3 hours before for domestic flights, and 4 hours for international flights.

How can I check-in?

We recommend to check-in online as soon as possible before 8.00 pm on 14 October (CET) or, alternatively, go to the airport well in advance to check-in at the airport  desks.

I bought an Alitalia ticket operated by another airline, am I impacted?

Nothing changes, to check-in for flights operated by partner airlines you can use the services provided by the respective airlines.

How can I check the status of my flight?

Will my miles be credited?

Yes. But we suggest you keep the flight documentation to verify that miles are being credited.


How can I purchase a ticket?

We are implementing an important upgrade of our IT systems. During this time where the flight is departing,
 it will be possible to issue and change tickets for same day travel exclusively at the airport ticket counters.
